As one of Singapore’s leading halal caterers, How’s Catering needed a digital experience that matched the quality and scale of its brand. Our objective was to modernise the website with an improved UI/UX, while preserving critical functionality and optimising the online ordering and checkout journey.

Partnering closely with the How’s Catering team, we conducted discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points and operational requirements. Together with our designers and developers, we redesigned the end-to-end customer experience, translated business needs into intuitive digital solutions, and implemented complex business logic to ensure fees, delivery requirements, and service conditions were accurately applied across various ordering scenarios.
